General Building Maintenance has been providing Fort Worth City Credit Union's janitorial services for over 7 years now. We have been very pleased with their service and personnel, and we have never had any negative incidents. They have also provided special services over the years such as tile scrubbing and carpet cleaning. The management at GBM has always stopped by our office at least once a month to inspect the facility and talk to the staff to see if there are any concerns. Joy is our current manager and she is a very impressive lady with the utmost character. She will step in and clean if she has any turnover and she will respond very quickly if needed. I never have to worry or think about our cleaning service, and that's why I highly recommend them.

We got a compliment from a tenant today. One of their customers used the men's room on the 3rd floor and was so impressed, he cam back to IPAG to tell them and I quote "This is the cleanest public restroom he has ever seen!" Koodoos to Nancy! I am glad I gave her the left over green beans and corn today!

Hi GBM,
Yesterday, August 18, I misplaced my checkbook. I was pretty sure I had it at work, but when I reached home I could not find it. I decided I had left it at work, hopefully in my desk.
As it turns out, my checkbook fell out of my pocket while I was in the men's restroom. I did not notice at the time, and no one found it before the end of the workday. Fortunately, you have an extremely honest employee named Yvonne. Yvonne fond my checkbook and turned it in to Earl Lewis, our building supervisor. I know there are people in today's society who would have decided that they could profit from my misfortune, but Yvonne did the right thing. I am very grateful to her and would appreciate your thanking her for me. Your company is very fortunate to have people such as Yvonne working for your organization.
